Our Bromsgrove fostering team provides specialist therapeutic training and support to foster carers in the West Midlands, so they can make a long-lasting difference to the lives of young people in foster care. Working with numerous local authorities within the region, we offer high-quality foster care to looked after children across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Hereford, Redditch, Coventry, Nuneaton and surrounding areas.

As an organisation, we’ve been working with children and young people with complex needs for over 30 years and have developed an all-encompassing range of services and expertise to help foster carers support these children and make extraordinary progress in care.

When you join our team, you’ll benefit from wrap-around support from a dedicated team of professionals, regular supervision, a 24/7 helpline with a social worker and a generous fostering allowance – between £440 and £580 per week, depending on your level of experience and training.

Meet the Bromsgrove team

You’ll benefit from a dedicated team of professionals to help you support the young person in your care. This includes your very own social worker and also a fostering advisor, who’s been a foster parent in the past or still fostering.

I've been with ISP for 14 years - I'm very happy with the great relationship I have with them

Gillian, ISP Foster Parent
