Established in 2004, our Albourne fostering team provides specialist therapeutic training and support to foster carers in and around West Sussex, so they can make a long-lasting difference to the lives of young people in foster care.

We have a warm and welcoming team of foster parents, who each come with a unique set of skills and experience – some are new on their fostering career, while others have fostered with us for over 15 years. Fortnightly foster carer lunches provide our families with a vital opportunity to share experience, reflect on practice and learn from others, as well as build up their support network.

At ISP, we’ve been working with children and young people with complex needs for over 30 years and have developed an all-encompassing range of services and expertise to help foster carers support these children and make extraordinary progress in care.

When you join our team, you’ll benefit from wrap-around support from a dedicated team of professionals, regular supervision, a 24/7 helpline with a social worker and a generous fostering allowance – up to £612 per week, per child, depending on your experience and training.
