From our Enfield office, we provide dedicated support to foster parents and their families across Barking, Chadwell Heath, and Dagenham.
With a consistent ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating for more than 15 years, we are immensely proud of our work in building a therapeutic fostering community that truly changes young lives.
Fostering is far from an ordinary job; it requires patience, compassion, and a strong commitment to transforming young lives.
We acknowledge this by providing a generous fostering allowance, along with extra benefits, so you can focus on what matters without financial stress. Plus, you’ll have the chance to increase your allowances by completing our Senior Grade Pathway Programme.
You’ll also enjoy a variety of additional perks, including:
We believe children should always be at the heart of decisions about their care because their well-being is always our highest priority.
Supporting children’s well-being involves understanding that many young people in care carry the weight of trauma. Trauma can affect every area of their lives, so they need patient, empathetic, and therapeutically trained foster parents to support their healing.
Therapeutic training
For this reason, we’ve created our City & Guilds Therapeutic Pathway Programme. This training is designed to help foster parents understand trauma and apply therapeutic techniques in their daily care.
Specialist support
Sometimes, children in care benefit from additional support from specialist therapists who help them work through their thoughts, feelings and emotions on their road to recovery. As an ISP foster parent, you’ll have access to a professional team offering 24/7 practical and emotional support for your entire family.
If you’re ready to help us create more optimistic futures for children in care through therapeutic fostering and support, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
Fostering is incredibly fulfilling, but it also presents unique challenges.
At ISP, we understand the importance of a strong support network, offering an extensive support package which you can access whenever you need it:
Whether you’re new to fostering or considering joining an agency that deeply understands the unique needs of children in care and provides you with the skills to support them, get in touch with us today.
While we cannot change the past, together, we can help children and young people move forward into futures full of hope, care, and limitless possibilities.
