Lucy gave a show-stopping performance and came in an incredible 4th place during a regional qualifier. It was no easy task, with a dressage test, a show jumping round and a cross country course of 19 solid jumps and water over a long distance and hilly terrain. However, Lucy and her beautiful Horse, Wispa, showed tenacity throughout and ended up exceeding all expectations to deliver a brilliant performance.

Lucy continues to prove herself to be a promising young rider and her horse ( purchased with funding from her adoptive parents) is also showing talent and an ability to progress with further training. She would love to continue competing and progress up through the levels, with help with funding provided by ISP.

Lucy's goal is to join 2 affiliated organisations: British Eventing and British Show Jumping which will enable her to compete at competitions run by them under national/international rules with a progressive format leading riders from amateur classes through qualifiers locally, regionally and nationally into professional level competitions.

It is no secret that Lucy and Wispa have an incredibly bright future in British show jumping!

We are extremely proud of what she has achieved. Well done Lucy!
