We're looking for passionate and loving individuals to join our Lincolnshire fostering team, who can help transform the lives of vulnerable children in foster care. If you're interested in fostering in Lincolnshire, then we'd love to hear from you.
As the UK’s first independent fostering agency and founders of therapeutic foster care, we have over 35 years’ experience in training and developing professional foster carers, helping them to make an extraordinary difference.
Whether you’re new to fostering or looking to transfer, we’ll provide you with specialist training and extensive 24/7 support that’ll help you become a true fostering professional.
We're currently recruiting across parts of Lincolnshire, including Grantham, Sleaford, Woodhall Spa, North Hykeham, Bourne, Holbeach, Boston, and more.
Extensive support, whenever you need it
As an ISP foster parent, you'll receive all the support you need to help a child in your care thrive. This includes:
- 24/7 support from an expert team of social workers, education specialists, therapists and more.
- Full training and ongoing development opportunities, including professional qualifications.
- Excellent fostering allowance - up to £28,000 per year for each child in your care.
- Other allowances such as a holiday and summer activity allowance, school holiday and clothing payments.
- Regular social events and activities.
