Training excellence

Many young people in care have faced challenging and often difficult experiences. Our City & Guilds Assured training provides you with the skills and knowledge needed to support them in their healing journey.

Alongside our Therapeutic Pathway, we provide a broad selection of mandatory and optional training options, available through online group sessions and e-learning. This flexibility allows you to choose when and how you learn.

Hillingdon Fostering Allowance

Fostering and finances

As an ISP foster parent, you’ll receive a generous, often tax-free fostering allowance, with opportunities to increase your allowance through additional training and years of service. Special tax rules for foster parents help ensure that most, if not all, of this allowance remains tax-free.
